1.  Can I register with your school if I don't live in Quesnel?

If you are a student in grades 10,11 and 12 you can register with QDL.  In fact you can register with any DL school in the province.

If you are a K-7 student you must live in the Quesnel area to register.  The K-7 program requires bi-weekly face-to-face contact.

2. Can I register with your school if I don't live in BC?
Only BC residents are eligible to register with us.  If you are ordinarily a BC resident, but are temporarily out of the province you can register with us.
3.  How do I prove that I am ordinarily a BC resident?
A current hydro bill in your parents/guardians name that matches the BC address on your demographic form.
4. Can I work at my own pace?
Yes and no.  As we expect weekly assignment you can work at your own pace for the week, but you must stick to the teacher's paced timeline.
5. Do I need a computer?

For the secondary courses a computer and Internet connection are required. (Dial-up is fine.)

For the K-7 program a computer and Internet connection are helpful, but are not a requirement.

6.  Can I be reimbursed for items or services purchased for school?

If your teacher decides that services or items are part of your student learning plan, then we will pay the third party, or purchase the supplies directly.  We will not reimburse parents directly.

Depending on your situation we may be able to reimburse a portion of your Internet connection fee.
