Registration for students in grades 10-12

To enroll with QDL you must:

  1. open the pdf document by clicking on the Secondary Registration Form link.
  1. Save the completed form.
  1. Download and complete the activation assignment for the course(s) you are requesting.
  1. Save the activation assignment as per the instructions.
  1. Email
  • your teacher
  • and judithwourms@sd28.bc.ca
  • the registration form and the activation assignment.
  1. Fax or Drop off a copy of your birth certificate and carecard.

Your teacher will enroll you in the course and email you the website and login information. After that all communication will take place in the course website.

Registration For K-9 Students

Due to the face-to-face requirements of QDL, you must live in the Quesnel area to enroll with K-9 QDL.

Fill out and fax this registration form to 250-992-8476 or bring it to Helen Dixon Center and make an appointment with Judy Reeves to discuss enrolling your student(s).
